Black Series Short Steel – 4.5 Star Difficulty

The Black Series is manufactured from Black Mild Steel. Providing a great challenge at a great price, these bars are ideal for volume training. The Black Series provide a similar level bend to the GOG series, but are easier to snap.

Each one of our pieces of short steel is hand cut, deburred and labeled. Deburring leaves a nice safe, smooth finish on the ends of the steel.

This bar is rated at 4.5 Star Difficulty which is ideal for intermediate level steel bending.

When bending black mild steel, the outer layer will crumble under the force and let off some ‘powder’. There is no harm in this but be sure to bend / snap in a place you don’t mind getting a little grubby.
