If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help make it right.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to ensure your products meet your expectations for both beauty performance and fitness functionality.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Original packaging must be intact and included
• All tags and labels must be attached
• Products must be in resalable condition

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information using our template below:

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our customer service team will review your request within 24-48 hours and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the items in their original packaging, include all original tags and accessories, and ship to:

Please include your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your request within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

Refund Method

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your PayPal account

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or defective products.

Exchange Process

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll ship your exchange product using your preferred shipping method. If the exchange item costs more than the returned item, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

While we ship globally (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas), international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or return shipping costs. Please ensure you understand your country’s import regulations before initiating a return.
