Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact and included
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Products must be in resalable condition

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Makeup Remover (opened containers)
  • Skin Care products (opened containers)
  • Brushes & Tools (for hygiene reasons once opened)
  • Limited Editions (final sale items)
  • Any products with broken seals or opened packaging where hygiene is a concern

2 Wait for Approval

Our customer service team will review your request within 24-48 hours and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

3 Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the items in their original packaging, include all original tags and accessories, and ship to:

4 Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your request within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

Refund Method

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or defective products.

Exchange Process

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll ship your exchange product using your preferred shipping method.
