• Free Shipping – For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Skin Care products (opened containers)
• Brushes & Tools (for hygiene reasons once opened)
• Limited Editions (final sale items)
• Any products with broken seals or opened packaging where hygiene is a concern

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return
3. Wait for our approval and Return Authorization Number

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective products.
